User Agreement

Effective date: 04.08.2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between you (“User”, “Investor”, “Partner”) and Wintellect (“Company”, “Platform”, “We”) regarding the use of the platform and its services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Wintellect.

1. General Provisions

• Wintellect is an online investment platform that provides access to financial strategies based on sports arbitrage, AI algorithms, and analytical tools.
• Wintellect is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, does not set odds, and does not pay winnings on sports events.
• The Company operates as a closed investment system, providing fixed daily returns according to structured investment plans.

2. Registration and Access

• To use the Platform, the User must complete registration and agree to this Agreement.
• The User is responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• The Platform may require identity verification in exceptional cases (anti-fraud, compliance).

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, USDT, USDC, BNB, TON, SOL).
• The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected investment plan.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours, depending on technical and network conditions.
• The Company does not guarantee instant withdrawal; blockchain delays are possible.

4.Investment Plans

• The Platform provides several investment strategies (“Plans”), differing in duration, daily return, and minimum entry.
• The User selects a Plan voluntarily and understands the associated risks.
• Early withdrawal of invested funds may not be possible, depending on Plan conditions.
• Reinvestment of profits is available within the Platform.

5. Partner Program

• Users can participate in the referral program, earning commissions from deposits and profits of invited participants.
• Referral rewards are paid instantly and can be withdrawn according to standard withdrawal rules.
• Fraud, multiple account abuse, or manipulation of the referral system will result in account suspension.

6. Rights and Obligations of the User

• The User agrees not to use the Platform for illegal activities.
• The User acknowledges the financial risk of investing and accepts full responsibility for their decisions.
• The User undertakes not to misrepresent Wintellect’s activities or use the brand without authorization.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Company

• The Company provides technical infrastructure, algorithms, and financial management of deposits.
• The Company has the right to update the terms of investment Plans, fees, and commissions.
• The Company does not guarantee future profits beyond declared Plan conditions.

8. Risks Disclaimer

• Investments involve risks, including partial or full loss of funds.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• The User understands that cryptocurrencies are volatile and may affect transaction processing.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

blockchain delays or failures;

loss of access due to User negligence;

force majeure events (regulatory changes, technical outages, etc.).

• The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount of the User’s active deposit.

10. Termination of Agreement

• The User may stop using the Platform at any time.
• The Company may suspend or terminate User accounts in case of violation of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by applicable international business and financial law.
• Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, arbitration will be applied.

12. Final Provisions

• The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates User acceptance
