Why we don't need a bookmaker's license
Under the laws of most countries (including the RF, EU and offshore jurisdictions), a license is only required for those who accept bets and pay out winnings themselves.

Customers' money remains either with the licensed bookmaker or
managed by the fund.

Closed investment model
We operate on the principle of a closed fund rather than an open
betting platform. That means:
Customers do not bet directly
All decisions are made inside the management company
Investors receive fixed returns or a share of the profits – but are not dependent on the outcome of specific matches.
Similar models are used by hedge funds.

regulation of gambling laws in the following

Spain – according to Ley 13/2011
